Job Description: DC Management/Business Ownership – As PDC manager you will have dotted line responsibility to the PDC Network Manager. Ensure that the PDC is well run, meeting internal and external customer needs, and continuing to improve in all PDC logistics metrics. Establish a liaison with the RDC, Transportation, and Planning contacts. Ensure the plant is fully compliant with all ICC requirements. Work to support the plant WCO efforts with standard work and Pillar work team participation. Single point of contact to staffing agencies for any temp needs throughout the facility and for staffing of repack operation at Huntington warehouse. Job Responsibilities: Plant Scheduling and Materials Purchasing Support the plant scheduler and materials purchaser to ensure that production is scheduled efficiently and maintain case fill rate above target. Ensure all raw & pack materials are available to production teams. Plant single point accountable for communication to business planners regarding Fairfield capacity and availability.
