Our portfolio of PAH treatments covers the spectrum of disease, from WHO Functional Class (FC) II through to FC IV, with oral, inhaled and intravenous medications. The Product Director will develop transformational Health Care Provider omnichannel (all touchpoints and channels) strategies to drive customer experience aligned to insights and brand strategy. This individual will work with closely with key brand and Cx digital marketing leads and strategic partners (Commercial Excellence, IT, digital and creative agencies and vendors). He/she will contribute to our overall PAH digital strategy to reimagine how we communicate and educate healthcare providers and patients. This role will report to the Group Product Director, Omni-Channel and Portfolio Marketing. Job Responsibilities: Lead efforts to test and learn including set up of testing strategies, A/B testing and translating results into actions Translate business objectives into innovative omnichannel strategies: building user profiles and journey maps across the full ecosystem Modernize & transform customer engagement via comprehensive business strategy plan for omnichannel engagement which is continuously updated based on learnings/insight Build a comprehensive omnichannel plan that injects, and upgrades branded and disease education communication across all existing and new digital vehicles/touchpoints Inputs into the overall long-term Digital Transformation at Actelion, including upskilling and capability building Impact business decisions: transform metrics into actionable business insights Support development of communications to help educate and align internal stakeholders on the vision Support strategic decisions and implementation to drive field digital capabilities (CRM) and Omnichannel use cases Leverage health care provider and key stakeholder insights on beliefs, behaviors and areas of information to drive Omnichannel AI modelling Use understanding of personal and non-personal strategies to support the execution of HCP and patient journey-based experiences across multiple channels Job Requirements: Ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels Excellent leadership, problem solving, and management skills are required The ability to follow trends and advances in technology and analytics, understand critical success factors for the brands and generate experiences/campaigns that truly address needs A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, MBA or advanced degree is preferred A minimum of 4 years of omnichannel experience and/or agency experience preferred Qualification & Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred Experience with cross channel, journey based promotional execution is preferred Understanding of machine learning models and execution into promotion is preferred Experience with orchestration engines such as Aktana, ZS Versa, Veeva Andi is preferred Experience within Sales Force Marketing Cloud and Veeva CRM is preferred Job Details: Company: Johnson & Johnson Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Functions: Marketing Job Location: South San Francisco, CA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here yours-vacancy.net
