Job Responsibilities: Be a superstar in the eyes of providers and patients alike: Help answer questions, concerns, and requests, either in person, through our EHR and patient portal, or by phone. As an RN, you will have all of the responsibilities of the Medical Assistant and LPN in addition to being the clinical arm of your department. You will triage patient calls and concerns, make outreach calls to patients post-hospitalization and after visiting the emergency room, support the clinician to help manage the complex healthcare needs of patients, lead and support the back and front office staff with regards to patient’s concerns or center needs, and maintain supportive relationships with multi-disciplinary team members so as to provide the best comprehensive care possible for our patients. You may also be asked to draw blood from ports, start and maintain simple IV infusions, assess and triage immediate response events within the clinics, and support LPNs, clinically, throughout the day. Ensure day-to-day operations run like a well-oiled machine: Use your supernatural organizational powers to help manage the health care needs of our varied patient populations, accurately follow all policies and procedures, provide excellent customer service through all avenues of communication, practice in alignment with the scope of your certification or licensure, appropriately manage ambiguity, recognize appropriate ways to deal with conflict management, and properly document your efforts of all the care and information provided to our patients. Job Requirements: Know your way around a computer BLCS Certification RN.
