Job Description: Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is looking for a qualified individual to fill a Benefits Representative position in our corporate Benefits Department. The position incorporates an overall knowledge of the Benefits department from top to bottom. This is a full-time, hourly position and reports to the Benefits Manager. Job Responsibilities: Problem solving with employees and Third Party Administrators Coordinate deposits for the 401(k), NQDC, and IRA account Process Health, Life, LTD, and Flexible Spending benefits Assist and respond to Life Insurance and LTD claim inquiries Generate and process weekly Flexible Spending Reports and Flexible Spending Audit Process and pay Life Insurance and LTD bills Distribute New Hire Packets Assist with 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) Plan enrollments Conduct Monthly and Quarterly audits for the Health Plan Understand and Interpret Plan Documents Process Change in Status and Special Enrollment Events for benefits Process and respond to Qualified Medical Child Support Orders Assist with Online Enrollment System design and audits Saturday work will be required at times Job Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of 401(k), ERISA, HIPAA, and Health Care Reform regulations Qualification & Experience: Experience with HRIS benefits systems (SAP preferred) High level of attention to detail 2 – 3 years Benefits Administration experience with Health, Dental, Life Insurance, LTD, Flex, and COBRA Job Details: Company: Hobby Lobby Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Functions: Art/Creative Management Customer Service Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here yours-vacancy.net
