Job Responsibilities: Skills in recruiting, selecting and talent management of hourly team members and leaders Experience in setting and planning department(s) monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities and managing a team to deliver on sales goals Knowledge of retail business fundamentals including: department sales trends, inventory management, freshness and quality, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions strategies Experience managing a team of hourly team members and leaders and creating business specific strategies and goals Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building and managing a guest first culture on your team Knowledge of the competition; leveraging insights to drive business objectives Job Requirements: Anticipate and identify changes in unique store trends Assess all GM and Food & Beverage backroom and sales floor areas, walk Food & Beverage Standards to assess priorities in food and review GM/Food reporting to identify gaps and develop a plan to resolve Provide service and a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; lead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment Develop and coach your team to elevate their skills and expertise Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management; actively develop, coach and train your team; anticipate staffing needs, talent plan and recruit – both long and short term All other duties based on business needs Plan, lead and follow-up on organizational and operational change As a key carrier, follow all safe and secure training and processes Address store needs (emergency, regulatory visits, etc.) Qualification & Experience: Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently Manage conflict, lead and hold others accountable Strong interest and knowledge of the Food & Beverage business Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable dealing with ambiguity Learn and adapt to current technology needs Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization 4 year degree or equivalent experience Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis Strong business acumen Job Details: Company: Target Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Functions: Other Job Location: Red Wing, MN, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here yours-vacancy.net
