Job Description: The purpose of this position is to utilize the principles and standards of I/O Psychology in the areas of job design, selection, performance measurement, and leadership assessment to provide customized support and consultation to individual business areas. This role will tailor the application and use of Selection and Performance Measurement (SPM) tools and processes to meet specific business area needs by identifying the appropriate tools to apply, learning about the business area and the context in which the tools will be used, understanding the connectivity of job design to selection and assessment, developing job-specific customizations of content as needed, and identifying opportunities for process and tool improvements based on usage and trends.
