Job Description: The Loyalty Program Manager is responsible for leveraging customer data to develop, implement, and maintain loyalty programs that engage and move customers (Publix & GreenWise Market) through the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) lifecycle from acquisition to long-term advocacy, ultimately driving incremental sales and deepening brand loyalty.
