Job Description: As a Project Manager within Clothing and Home, you'll plan and organise resources and people to make sure that the agreed project benefits are delivered and are within budget and timelines for the business. Reporting to the Head of Strategy, Clothing & Home you'll work across varied and large-scale programmes, leading the delivery of strategic non-food initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Define the measures of success in collaboration with project sponsors (e.g. cost/benefit, KPIs, SLAs, etc) for specific propositions and projects across non-food – working with relevant stakeholders to ensure the delivery and management of these Build positive relationships across the business, establishing clear RACI’s between teams Capturing lessons learnt in conjunction with team members and other key stakeholders Maintain and communicate project delivery plans – holding relevant sponsors to account for achieving milestones Leading key stakeholder and dependencies to establish ways of working and alignment of approaches Define and deliver strategy communication framework in collaboration with key partners Ensure propositions and projects are aligned to the overarching strategy, agreeing delivery timelines and working closely with relevant business areas (e.g. Commercial product, Property, Retail, Supply Chain) to ensure prioritisation Following our Business Code of Conduct Identify and manage project risks and issues, escalating where appropriate Managing, coaching & supporting colleagues to develop their skills & knowledge, to contribute to business objectives Redefine, implement and lead the governance structure for Clothing & Home, ensuring it remains fit for purpose as the business evolves Manage the Business Planning process – ensuring an ongoing Agile methodology is applied (e.g. quarterly review cycles) Reset expectations for governance standards across Clothing & Home (e.g. templates, action follow up, etc) Job Requirements: Able to build solid working relationships with peers and senior leadership Ability to demonstrate strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills to all levels of seniority and disciplines within the organisation.
