Job Responsibilities: Successfully coaching, developing and driving a team in a unionised fulfilment environment, making sure your team are safe and pushing for the best site standards Responsible for overall accountability for the Site Budget of approx.. £6m and a 3PL budget of approx. £500k Leading the team within the new fulfilment operation of approx. 60,000 sq ft with 150 colleagues, with 4 direct Shift Manager reports Working collaboratively across all relevant areas of the business so that products are delivered to our customers on time and in perfect condition.
