Job Description: Technical Operations includes the maintenance, and overhaul of our aircraft. This includes aircraft maintenance technicians, engineers, planners, ground equipment and facilities teams, supply chain teams and more. Job Responsibilities: May provide forecasts of future manpower requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment/utilization of staffing resources to meet workload requirements to assure efficient cost and performance control Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for base/line operation functions utilizing computer generated volume data and base/line math model guidelines Responsible for providing wide ranging analytical support to the Base/Line Maintenance operation Performs personnel related duties including filing, process payroll and track attendance in accordance with provisions of union agreements and company policy Develops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports pertaining to budgets, base/line forecasts, operations, performance and OSHA data Assists in the development and maintenance of advance work schedules for base/line operation functions Provide support for management by coordination and preparation of reports associated with personnel, staffing levels, budget, operations, performance and OSHA May provide forecasts of future manpower requirements and may assist in coordinating the adjustment/utilization of staffing resources Develops and maintains statistical data and prepares information and reports Job Requirements: Proficient in MS office package 2 year(s) experience in jobs involving reporting and analytical work Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification AA degree or equivalent experience, Drivers License Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Job Details: Company: United Airlines Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Houston, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here yours-vacancy.net
