Job Description: Our second H beauty store is soon to be launching in Milton Keynes, bringing more magic, innovation, and theatre to the beauty market. This exciting new H Beauty concept is all about bringing customer experience to life, allowing them to creatively engage with and learn more about the beauty products they are purchasing, while enjoying a fun and creative retail environment. The role of Sales Manager is a key part of the Store leadership team. Together with the Store Manager and your team of Assistant Managers, you’ll be delivering our vision of the “Art of the Possible” in the beauty world. Job Responsibilities: A role model for the brand, you’ll truly lead by example every day. Getting to know your people, understanding them, what makes them tick and what they need is a key part of the role. Leading from the front, you’ll be hands on and highly visible on the floor. Leading on service, sales, commercial and operations activity, you’ll inspire your team to make the impossible possible, exceeding expectations while nurturing talent. Responsibilities will include: Accountable for owning and driving own area to exceed business expectations. Actively develop internal talent and support the succession plan across your area. Implement the retail sales and service strategy within the store through the consistent delivery of agreed actions. Build effective working relationships with all concession partners and brand representatives within the store as well as support functions. Lead and guide your team to become true retail superheroes. Able to identify and find ways to capitalise on commercial opportunities whilst continually adapting to change. Actively monitor competitor activity and react accordingly, provide feedback to Store Manager.
